Light plane crashes in Ipoh

A light plane is believed to have crashed by the roadside near Sungai Rokam, Medan Gopeng in Ipoh tonight.

It is believed that the incident involves two victims but the details and identities of those involved are still unknown.

Perak police chief Mior Faridalathrash Wahid, when contacted by Bernama, said police were at the location to investigate.

Pictures and videos showing the blue and white aircraft diving have gone viral on social media. In the footage, several parts of the aircraft appear to be damaged.
