Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin today chaired a meeting of the National Security Council.
Muhyiddin was recently admitted to hospital following a bout of diarrhoea.
His office said yesterday that he was stable and making good progress, adding that there was no evidence of a recurrence of his previous tumour condition.
It also said that he had been allowed to work from the hospital and would be discharged within a few days.
Muhyiddin was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2018. He subsequently underwent surgery to remove the tumour as well as chemotherapy treatment.
