PKR president Anwar Ibrahim today said that the door remains open to negotiations, amid the prospect of cooperation with former allies Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Muhyiddin Yassin  ahead of the 15th general election (GE15).

Speaking in a press conference at the PKR headquarters in Petaling Jaya, he said Pakatan Harapan (PH) welcomed talks with any party which agrees with the coalition's agenda for reform.

"We are now committed to a reform agenda, a PH agenda," he added.

"Against corruption, against abuse of power, against all excesses. And whoever agrees, they can come and talk to us."

On GE15 itself, Anwar said PH's manifesto would be launched in Ipoh on Oct 20.

He said the manifesto would focus on the cost of living, education, health, and anti-corruption measures.

When asked about PAS' call for the country's main Malay parties to work together, Anwar said such a move would have to be backed by principles.

"Principles such as a stand against corruption and disagreement to racial policies," he added.

"Collaborations are tied to principles."
