Daily caseload still hovers at 1,300 as another 2 deaths reported

There were 1,881 recoveries, leaving 21,630 active cases.

Another 1,330 Covid-19 cases were recorded yesterday, taking total confirmed infections in the country to 4,516,319.

There were 1,881 recoveries, taking total recoveries to 4,458,999.

There are now 21,630 active cases, of which 20,659 or 95.5% are undergoing home quarantine.

Meanwhile, 25 (0.1%) are at quarantine centres while 924 (4.3%) have been hospitalised.

A total of 22 are in ICU with 11 in need of respiratory assistance. ICU utilisation throughout the country stands at 57.6%, with Covid ICU utilisation at 4.9%.

Another two deaths were reported, including one who was brought in dead. Total deaths now stand at 35,690.
