A total of 14,949 children aged five to 11 had completed two doses of Covid-19 vaccine under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme for Children (PICKids) as of yesterday, more than double the number of 6,129 recorded the day before.
According to the CovidNow website, 1,348,693 children have received at least one dose of vaccine.
In terms of teenagers, 2,853,753 adolescents or 91.7% of those aged 12 to 17 have received two doses of vaccine.
Meanwhile, 2,949,653 or 94.8% have received a first dose.
A total of 15,850,917 individuals or 67.4% of adults have received a Covid-19 booster dose while 22,954,771 or 97.6% have been fully vaccinated.
A total of 23,230,565 or 98.8% have received at least one dose of vaccine.
Yesterday, 15,708 vaccine doses were given, with 2,178 as first doses, 9,277 as second shots and 4,253 as booster jabs.
This brings the cumulative number of vaccine doses administered under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) to 68,991,116.
