94.2% of adults, 71.2% of population fully jabbed

A total of 23,265,448 people or 94.2% of adults in the country had been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as of yesterday.

Meanwhile 25,285,399 or 97.3% have received at least one shot, including of the single-dose CanSino vaccine.

In terms of total population, 71.2% are fully vaccinated while 77.4% have received at least one dose.

A total of 256,497 doses were administered yesterday, taking the cumulative number of vaccine shots given under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme to 48,437,608.

Kelantan and Sabah remain below the 80% full vaccination level for adults, at 77.1% and 71.3% respectively.
