Vaccination numbers inch up with 70.6% of population fully jabbed

A total of 48,181,111 vaccine doses have been administered so far under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme.

A total of 48,181,111 vaccine doses have been administered so far under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme, including 134,684 shots given yesterday.

This brings the total number of fully vaccinated people to 23,052,952, and the number of people who have received at least one dose to 25,256,025.

In terms of percentage, the number of fully vaccinated adults remains at 94% while adults who have received at least one jab likewise remains at 97.2%.

In terms of total population, 70.6% are fully jabbed and 77.3% have received at least one shot, including of the single-dose CanSino vaccine.

Kelantan and Sabah remain below the 80% full vaccination level for adults at 76.8% and 71% respectively.
