34 deaths as 4,113 new cases logged

Another 4,113 Covid-19 cases were recorded today, taking total confirmed infections in the country to 462,190.

Selangor recorded 1,269 cases, Sarawak 533, Kelantan 371, Johor 335, Kuala Lumpur 306, Penang 266, Kedah 228, Pahang 178, Terengganu 165, Perak 147, Negeri Sembilan 124 and Melaka 107.

Sabah recorded 53 cases, Putrajaya 20, Labuan six and Perlis five.

Active cases stand at 41,471 with 482 in the ICU and 250 in need of respiratory assistance.

Another 4,190 patients were discharged, bringing total recoveries to 418,897.

However, 34 more deaths were reported, pushing the virus toll to 1,822.
