Daily caseload at 204 as no new deaths reported

Another 204 Covid-19 cases were recorded yesterday, taking total confirmed infections in the country to 5,042,015.

There were 254 recoveries, taking total recoveries to 4,995,838.

There are now 9,220 active cases, of which 8,907 or 96.6% are undergoing home quarantine. 

Meanwhile, 0 (0%) are at quarantine centres while 304 (3.3%) have been hospitalised. 

A total of nine are in ICU with six in need of respiratory assistance.

No new deaths were reported, leaving total deaths unchanged at 36,957.
