Another 851 Covid-19 cases were recorded today, taking total confirmed infections in the country to 68,020.

Of these, 249 (74.6%) were reported in Selangor, followed by Sabah with 229 cases (26.9%) and Johor with 102 cases (12%).

Kuala Lumpur recorded 85 cases, Negeri Sembilan 62, Penang 60, Perak 34, Kedah 26, Kelantan two, and Pahang and Melaka one each.

Active cases stand at 10,686 with 122 in the ICU and 47 in need of respiratory assistance.

Another 658 patients were discharged, bringing total recoveries to 56,969.

However, two more deaths were reported, pushing the virus toll to 365.
