New infections at 101 as death toll remains unchanged

Another 101 Covid-19 cases were recorded yesterday, taking total confirmed infections in the country to 17,986.

There were 315 recoveries, taking total recoveries to 4,988,143.

There are now 9,998 active cases, of which 9,635 or 96.4% are undergoing home quarantine. 

Meanwhile, 0 (0%) are at quarantine centres while 351 (3.5%) have been hospitalised. 

A total of 12 are in ICU with 10 in need of respiratory assistance. 

No new deaths were reported, leaving the death toll unchanged at 36,932.
