New infections at 309 as death toll stays unchanged

A total of 13 are in ICU with 10 in need of respiratory assistance.

Another 309 Covid-19 cases were recorded yesterday, taking total confirmed infections in the country to 5,034,830.

There were 292 recoveries, taking total recoveries to 4,987,561.

There are now 10,337 active cases, of which 9,943 or 96.2% are undergoing home quarantine. 

Meanwhile, 0 (0%) are at quarantine centres while 381 (3.7%) have been hospitalised. 

A total of 13 are in ICU with 10 in need of respiratory assistance. 

No new deaths were reported, leaving the death toll unchanged at 36,932.
