Anwar to announce deputy ministers tonight

He says an announcement will be made after his audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong today.

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim today said he would announce his list of deputy ministers tonight. 

He said he would be having an audience with Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah this evening to present the list of names.

"I will have an audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong this evening and insha Allah at 8.15pm tonight, we will announce the names of deputy ministers," he told reporters after performing the Friday prayers at Masjid Jamek Kampung Baru in Kuala Lumpur today.

Anwar said this when asked whether he would be meeting the Yang di-Pertuan Agong this evening. 

The media today reported that Anwar was scheduled to have an audience Sultan Abdullah this evening to present the list of deputy ministers to be appointed to his government.
