22.1% of children fully jabbed, 42.6% given first dose

Some 92.9% of teenagers have completed their vaccination while 96.1% have received at least one jab.

A total of 785,432 children or 22.1% of those aged five to 11 had been fully vaccinated under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme for Children (PICKids) as of yesterday.

According to the CovidNow website, 1,511,678 or 42.6% have received at least one dose of vaccine.

For teenagers aged 12 to 17, a total of 2,890,870 or 92.9% have completed their vaccination while 2,989,453 or 96.1% have received at least one jab.

In terms of adults, 16,024,957 or 68.1% have received a booster dose, 22,965,989 or 97.6% have completed a second dose, and 23,242,458 or 98.8% have received at least one dose.

A total of 34,833 doses were administered yesterday, comprising 7,805 first doses, 22,822 second shots and 4,206 booster jabs.

This brings the total number of vaccine jabs given under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) to 70,197,502.
