Daily caseload tops 14,900 as another 31 deaths reported

ICU utilisation throughout the country stands at 54.6%, with Covid ICU utilisation at 23.7%.

Another 14,944 Covid-19 cases were recorded yesterday, taking total confirmed infections in the country to 4,307,529.

There were 14,045 recoveries, taking total recoveries to 4,113,831.

There are now 158,439 active cases, of which 154,880 or 97.8% are undergoing home quarantine.

Meanwhile, 341 (0.2%) are at quarantine centres while 3,012 (1.9%) have been hospitalised.

A total of 206 are in ICU with 109 in need of respiratory assistance. ICU utilisation throughout the country stands at 54.6%, with Covid ICU utilisation at 23.7%.

Another 31 deaths were reported, including six who were brought in dead. Total deaths now stand at 35,259.
