Over 33,600 children fully jabbed, 67.5% of adults boosted

A total of 1,353,774 children or 38.1% have received at least one dose of vaccine.

A total of 33,621 children aged five to 11 had completed two doses of Covid-19 vaccine under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme For Children (PICKids) as of yesterday.

According to the CovidNow website, a total of 1,353,774 children or 38.1% have received at least one dose.

As for the adult population, a total of 15,876,357 individuals or 67.5% have received a booster dose while 22,954,326 or 97.6% have completed both doses of vaccine.

A total of 23,231,749 or 98.8% have received one dose of vaccine.

In terms of teenagers, a total of 2,854,230 adolescents aged 12 to 17 or 91.7% have completed their vaccination.

Meanwhile 2,950,267 individuals or 94.8% have received a first dose of vaccine.

A total of 22,807 vaccine doses were given yesterday, with 2,501 as first doses, 8,670 as second shots and 11,636 as booster jabs.

This brings the cumulative number of doses administered under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) to 69,042,067.
