Over 60 million jabs given, including 8.5 million boosters
Some 22.8 million adults and 2.7 million teenagers have been fully vaccinated.

Some 97.8% of the adult population in the country, or 22,893,234 individuals, had completed their Covid-19 vaccinations as of yesterday.
According to the CovidNow portal, 99% or 23,175,181 adults have received at least one dose of vaccine.
In terms of teenagers, 90.8% or 2,858,992 individuals have received at least one dose of vaccine while 88% or 2,770,412 have completed their vaccination.
A total of 255,384 vaccine doses were dispensed yesterday – 3,170 as second doses, 2,016 as first shots and 250,198 as booster jabs.
This brings the total number of vaccine doses administered under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme to 60,035,273, including 8,539,533 booster jabs.
