86.6% of teenagers fully vaccinated
Some 89.8% have received at least one dose of vaccine.
A total of 22,788,835 individuals or 97.3% of adults had completed their Covid-19 vaccination as of yesterday.
According to the CovidNow portal, 23,102,672 individuals have received at least one dose of vaccine.
In terms of teenagers, 2,726,239 individuals or 86.6% have completed their vaccination while 2,826,872 individuals or 89.8% have received at least one dose of vaccine.
Yesterday, a total of 129,387 doses of vaccine were administered – 4,027 as first shots, 4,907 as second doses and 120,390 as booster jabs.
This brings the total number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme to 55,039,657, including 3,787,928 booster jabs.
