82.5% of teens, 95.7% of adults fully jabbed
More than 52 million doses of vaccine have been administered so far.
A total of 2,597,662 individuals or 82.5% of teenagers had completed their Covid-19 vaccination as of yesterday.
Based on data from the CovidNow portal, 2,758,317 individuals or 87.6% have received at least a first dose of vaccine.
As for the adult population, 95.7% or 22,413,570 individuals have completed their vaccination, while 97.9% or 22,930,251 have received at least a first dose.
A total of 109,016 doses were administered yesterday, with 11,912 as second doses, 4,941 to first dose recipients and 92,163 as booster jabs.
This brings the total number of vaccine doses administered under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme to 52,082,943.
