94.5% of adults, 72.4% of population fully vaccinated

Some 97.4% of adults have received at least one shot of vaccine.

A total of 23,660,153 people or 94.5% of the adult population had been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as of yesterday.

Meanwhile, 25,355,653 or 97.4% of adults have received at least one shot, including of the single-dose CanSino vaccine.

In terms of total population, 72.4% have been fully vaccinated while 77.6% have received at least one dose.

Kelantan and Sabah remain below the 80% full vaccination level for adults at 77.3% and 72% respectively.

Yesterday, 113,547 doses were administered, taking the cumulative number of vaccine jabs given under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme to 48,944,761.
