94.4% of adults, 72.2% of population fully jabbed

A total of 23,565,799 people or 94.4% of the adult population had been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as of yesterday.

Meanwhile 25,344,201 people or 97.4% of adults have received at least one shot, including of the single-dose CanSino vaccine.

In terms of total population, 72.2% are fully vaccinated while 77.6% have received at least one dose.

Kelantan and Sabah remain below the 80% full vaccination level for adults at 77.3% and 71.8% respectively.

Yesterday, 157,999 doses were administered, taking the cumulative number of vaccine shots given under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme to 48,831,214.
