90.9% of adults fully vaccinated

A total of 21,290,960 people or 90.9% of the adult population had been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as of yesterday.

According to health ministry data on the CovidNow portal, another 22,230,828 individuals or 94.9% of adults have received at least one dose of vaccine.

A total of 207,520 doses of vaccine were dispensed yesterday, involving both adults and adolescents.

This brings the total number of doses administered to adults under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) since Feb 24 to 46,252,254.

As for teenagers aged 12 to 17, a total of 453,906 individuals or 14.4% have completed their vaccination, while 75.9% or 2,352,464 have received at least a first dose of vaccine since the PICK programme for the group was launched on Sept 8.
