90.6% of adults fully jabbed as total shots top 46 million

Some 94.9% of adults have received at least one dose of vaccine although Kelantan and Sabah remain under the 80% full vaccination level for grownups.

A total of 21,591,116 people or 90.6% of the adult population had been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as of yesterday.

Meanwhile, 24,567,968 or 94.9% have received at least one shot, including of the single-dose CanSino vaccine.

In terms of total population, 66.2% are now fully vaccinated while 75.2% have received at least one dose.

Kelantan and Sabah remain under the 80% full vaccination level for adults, with 74.4% and 66% respectively.

A total of 209,534 doses were administered yesterday, taking the cumulative number of jabs given under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme to 46,044,734.
