68% of adults fully vaccinated

Just under 49% of the population have completed their vaccine regimen.

Malaysia had fully vaccinated 68% of its adult population as of yesterday, with 15,926,601 people having completed their vaccine regimen.

Meanwhile, 87.8% of adults or 20,543,016 people have received at least one dose.

In terms of total population, 48.8% have been fully vaccinated while 62.9% have received at least one dose.

A total of 289,958 doses of vaccine were administered yesterday, taking the cumulative number of shots given under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme so far to 36,431,562.
