Selangor recorded 1,510 cases, Kuala Lumpur 769, Sarawak 631, Negeri Sembilan 593, Johor 524, Kedah 309, Kelantan 262, Sabah 233, Melaka 184, Penang 166, Perak 143, Pahang 112, Terengganu 108 and Labuan 106.
Putrajaya recorded 18 cases and Perlis three.
Active cases stand at 79,848 with 911 in the ICU and 462 in need of respiratory assistance.
Another 7,325 patients were discharged, bringing total recoveries to 556,030.
However, 73 more deaths were reported, pushing the virus toll to 3,684.
