Selangor still far ahead as 2,733 new cases reported

750 cases in Selangor, 484 in Kelantan.

Another 2,733 Covid-19 cases were recorded today, taking total confirmed infections in the country to 398,451.

Selangor recorded 750 cases followed by Kelantan (484), Sarawak (432), Kuala Lumpur (377), Johor (220) and Penang (115).

Sabah recorded 82 cases, Terengganu 61, Kedah 51, Negeri Sembilan 39, Perak 38, Pahang 35, Melaka 33, Putrajaya 15 and Perlis one.

Active cases stand at 25,414 with 294 in the ICU and 138 in need of respiratory assistance.

Another 2,019 patients were discharged, bringing total recoveries to 371,575.

However, 13 more deaths were reported, pushing the virus toll to 1,462.
